Refund policy

Please understand that we are a small, local business in Outer Banks, NC. We try to bring new product into our shop every couple of days.  Items are available for return within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.  After 15 days we will not be able to accept the return.  All sale items are final sale.

Items must be in original condition to be accepted for return.  No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog or cat hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Returns can be shipped back by the carrier of your choice at your expense.  We offer free shipping to you so we can not pay any return shipping fees. We are not liable for any lost packages shipped to us. Tracking may be something you want to purchase.
